Hello and welcome.
This is a post about how to fix (hopefully) the following errors:
Rockstar Cloud Server Issues
Timeouts when looking for sessions or joining sessions
Rockstar Profile Syncronization Issues.
So yeah... To start off, many of these errors that prevent you from playing online are mostly because you either have leveled up too fast in a day (300 levels in less than a day), one of your ranks (Crew Rank or Normal RP Level) has gone negative, or you surpassed the Max RP/Money limit.
To fix these errors caused by the past mentioned actions, you have to either:
1. Unlink your Xbox/PSN profile off your Rockstar Social Club Account (If you have your crew rank negative)
2. Unlink your Xbox/PSN profile off your Rockstar Social Club Account and delete your character. (If you have your crew rank negative and level 1000. If not you will get banned eventually.)
These are the two fixes I know of, which have worked for me. If someone finds another fix please leave it as a reply and I will happily add it to this post and give you credit!
