My friend has bought the battlefield 4 game for pc.

He installed it and is playing online, he entered a code to install the game.

I was wondering if he gave me the disc could I install it also and play online with him or would I need to get a digital code from stores or online?

You would need the code to play online.

The code can only be redeemed once as far as I know, try it you never know as there is no harm in doing so

You will need the code and even if he gave you the code, It will say it has already been redeemed by him.
