Hey guys my buddies told me about this so i thought i'd share with you all! Ive seen threads about how to do change the game settings yourself BUT THATS WAY TO DAMN LONG and this is hella easier. Also if have ps3 and trying to do this just follow the instructions the same way but how a ps3 would do it! THIS IS VERY EASY AND FAST! AND it changes a hella ton of the games settings EX:Robbing stores, bounties, prices, and much more!
Step 1: Go to the dashboard
Step 2: Go to System
Step 3: Go network settings
Step 4: Choose your wifi
Step 6: Configure network
Step 7: DNS settings
Step 8: Switch it to manual, Primary, and enter 199.101.103.67

If you have a ps3 then this is the ps3 way on how to get there. If you have a xbox disregard this(Created by Cheese)
Settings > Network Settings > Internet connection settings

On the first screen, select custom and click right on the d-pad until you come to the option 'DNS Settings.' Here you should select manual and enter in the DNS numbers above. After that press right on the d-pad until you get to the test connection screen. Do the test and exit.

Step 9: Press done then it should disconnect you from live or sign you out.
Step 10: After that load up gta and go to online you may or not have to to download the new updates.
Now after that just go to jobs, host job, rockstar created, races, and pick taking off.
After thats done finish the race and you should get a shit ton of money and Xp. If you could not connect to online just keep trying it should work eventually if that does not help turn on and off your console.

NOW! If you want to go back to normal with the xp and money you got from the hack and not get banned. Go back to your DNS settings and remove everything besides the dots and change them back the 0. Then choose done. Then go back and choose automatic instead of manual.
