Is there anyway you can give away money to other players? I have over 2 billion dollars and have everything I want so I just want to give some away.. Is there any way you could give it away?

no you cant its been taken away by R* the only way you can give out money is by setting bounties and getting your friend to kill them. But since R* are choosing to ruin the game you can only set a bounty on the same person every hour.

You can only share the amount of money you got from the store, Ex. You rob the store for $1875, you can give the person UP TO 100% of what you made, so $1-1875 and so on, Glad to be of help. Happy holidays!
