The best one i would recommend is the Elgato but if you cant afford the Elgato just get an HD PVR first edition as you can get them cheap on ebay

Get an elgato, I have one and i think the quality is by far the best recorder

I would recommend the Elgato Game Capture,
I have had both of the HD-PVR's and i can say that they aren't that great.

If you want a really good one get the Roxio Game Capture Pro HD. it's around 90 bucks.
Comes with free editing software that Roxio provides.

Elgato is the best, definitely go with one of those.
