The wolf camo for the dog on ghosts has arrived and says so on dashboard, but it says its -1 then when you click it, it crashes. How do you buy it on the game?

There's updates just turn off your xbox, works fine for me

ive downloaded from the ghosts store and it was fine but when call it in its still a dog does anyone know why ?
