I need a good video/audio editing software for around $100 if you could give me the names of some programs that would be great

For video editing, get Adobe After Effects CS6 and Adobe Premiere Pro. You can find thousands of tutorials on how to get both for free. For audio editing, I'm guessing you're referring to making music and things of the sort, get FL Studio. You can also find thousands of tutorials on how to get that for free.
