Five things I can think of are

1) restart phone

2) check that the download manager is enable as that seems to cause some problems with play but is Snapchat can see photos then most likely WI-FI its self

3)Reinstall the affected apps (maybe corrupted)

4) forget the network and all saved pre sets for it (might have accidently set something wrong)

5) factory reset (lose all data but normally a sure shot to get stuff working)

done them all apart from 3 because if i uninstall them i cant get back to the apps store to download them again and i havent done 5 just yet because i have so much important stuff on my phone that i havent backed-up yet so i dont want to go to that extreme just yet

Factory reset. Boom, fixed. Just do a backup first.

I had the same issue, unplug the cord from your router to your internet box and wait 5 secs and plug back in
