Heey , i want to iso mod Gta 4 EFLC but i have no clue which is the best mod menue at the moment and which is files i have to replace can u play help me will rep

have a look at Buffetings Mod Manager, I use that and it is awesome. However, there is a pre modded version of Wormy's Mod Manager on TPB, however I can't link it you.
All you would have to do is download it and burn it
