does it just apply to the first online account you make or do you get a code coz i cant see no code?

Make your account as normal (your email, password date of birth ect) then it will come up with a page saying about playstation plus membership and it will say redeem code, if you didnt get a code dont worry, just skip through all the sign up page until your onto the home screen of the ps4

Go to the playstation store and scroll to 'playstation plus' then it will say 14 day free trial then just click on it and download it
