You need to have a Capture Card. HDPVR, Elgato, Dazzle, then click livestream on Twitch -__-

There are various tutorial over the internet such as Youtube.

I'll list a couple of things:

Program:
Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) [Which is Free]

Information Required:

Allows you to find out your internet speed for the encoding settings in obs for quality etc which is explained in the tutorial link provided above.
