OK so first off I wanna know if these specs would run games such as skyrim battlefield etc.
My budget was $350 (yes ik its cheap)
So if you have any suggestions to add I have a little bit of wiggle room!

To save monies you could:

-Ditch the aftermarket heatsink and thermal paste, the APU will come with its own CPU cooler.

-Drop the 8GB to 4GB RAM but keep the speed. 4GB RAM will be fine for now, you can always upgrade later. The speed will be good for the APU.

-Drop the HDD to a 500GB if it's a lot less than the 1TB.

-Lose the dedicated GPU. Either go APU or CPU + dedicated GPU.

-Drop the motherboard to an mATX board as a $100 board doesn't fit into a $350 build.

If you were to go APU and dedicated GPU I'd go for a 750K for the CPU and something like a 7750/7770 for the GPU. You'd get much much muuuch better performance.

However, more money may help if you could gather some more funds. Just sayin dude. If you can't go with what Gigahertz said, if you can scrape a bit more out the pockets then by all means do.

Here's what I'd do, I don't know why the HDD doesn't include a price - but the one you used in the build didn't either, so I'd assume you already have it, so I left it without a price.
