The majority of people who have bought call of duty ghosts from game in the uk seem to be having problems with their freefall codes, if you are just follow these steps:
Go to settings, language and location and change it to US then redeem your code and restart the Xbox, after this repeat the steps to change location back to UK, I hope this helps some people
