would anyone be able to tell me how they unlock this as i have spoken to a few people that have done unlock all/xp lobbys for me and they cant do it.

I payed 20 psn for durkx to recover my account and give me unlock all 10th squad points and it worked but when I turned my ps3 on again the clan uniforms were locked aswell as the backgrounds
