i want to use multiple screens for my computer, but do i have to have like 2 outputs on ym computer or can i use a splitter, as ive used a VGA splitter for 2 tvs but i just doubles to image. is there anyway i can make that stop? i have windows 8.1 and the device thing doesnt work and when i have both screens connect when i go on screen resolution only 1 screen shows up

Try right clicking on your desktop and if you have the option go on to Nvidia control panel and then select set up multiple displays, If you can't select Nvidia control panel select screen resolution and go on to "detect" and "identify" then you should have the option to add another display
If that doesn't work or you have already tried then im not much help and hopefully someone else can provide you with a better answer
