The poeple who's console overheat have it on carpet or in a closed space. No you don't have a dev console and the ps4 runs games at a better graphical level.

IDK what everyone is talking bout , I switched from a 360 and I LOVE it , the games look and feel incredible , the network is much more stable than the ps3's was ,and I keep finding out cool features, don't let people bring you down , it's an amazing console
