I purchased it yesterday and after 1 hour of game time, I returned it. I thought it was going to be amazing, but it was lacking small features that made previous Call of Duty's at least 2x better than this one. It looked like it should have been an MW3 Add-on, the features were horrid (Such as: Guns and killstreaks), there were minimal game-modes (There are way more modes in Black Ops 2, Black Ops and MW3), extinction seemed to me like a survival knock-off from MW3 only with aliens and less features, and the online game HUD was so boring and didn't look as pleasing as previous Call of Duty's HUD's.
This is mainly to let people know that this Call of Duty is a major let down, other opinions are welcome.

I couldn't agree more about that, I too really enjoy Call of Duty Ghosts (still not my favourite - Cod 4 and MW2) but i wish they fixed the spawns and hopefully add in a wide range of maps as i have bought the season pass already.

MAYBE if you gave it longer than a couple of hours you might learn the game, as people have said ghosts is different you need to give it time

But the story is terrible its not innovative at all, they are probably going to make a second one and will probably be worse. thats just my opinion

Story is terrible considering the whole objective of a campaign is to make a character you can connect to and to be honest I forgot all their names except the stupid dog that makes call of duty soooo "good". The game has terrible maps very bad spawns. Its already been hacked by xp lobbies and the first lobby I joined had a 12 year old squeaker in it. No thanks I will be keeping my BF4 and selling this trashy game.

You bought a COD game and expected it to be amazing? Let me stop you there, the best COD games were COD4, WAW and MW2. Since them games it just went downhill progressively. Now as you can see the amount of hate there is about for the franchise, it seems to be dying.

to be honest, i think its a next gen game, thats my opinion, i don't mind it now, but when i get it for next gen, it's gonna be way better imo
