I havent seen any posts on here about this glitch but it does work as i do it myself.
When you have been given bad sport and it still appears above your map on the left hand corner quickly dashboard your game while the notification is still there. Then just start the game up as normal and you will not be placed into a bad sport lobby.
Sorry if everyone already knows and its a waste of your time but some might not know.
Attention!! Dashboarding will need to be done soon as you see the bad sport notification!!

i've done this, except it only decreased my time by a day instead just completely getting rid of it.

Yeah it only works if you do it while you are in a good sport lobby and you receive it whilst in there, im not sure if it works while in a bad sport lobby.
What happens basically is while the bad sport notification is still there and you dashboard quick enough it doesnt get time to save, but you need to do it pretty quick.

I have done this many times, at least 5 times. Instead of dashboarding I just turn off my xbox. Its quicker. Messes up your disc though over time.
