it might depend on how long you're console has been flashed for say you have had it 1 year you have a drilled board that is detectable after awhile I upgraded my drive board for 30 pounds replaced the drilled board and not had any problems still playing.

Well if they ban syndicate for playing it early, they sure will ban you guys

The reason you are not going to tell us is because more then likely you got a torrent copy of the game. And as well, it is not the makers of the games fault. It is those who sold the game early. So who ever got a leaked copy should still get banned because the release of the game has not came yet. It is not IW fault for people like you who go to every store in their state to get a leaked copy of the game. So yes, whoever is playing it online now should be banned.

And just for all you people who got the game and are going to reply to this saying "Youre just mad you dont have the game" dont bother posting that. I dont like CoD Ghost. It looks stupid. Have a good day:D

To "try" to get a head start I am guessing, but they end up having a n00b meltdown when they see that they are banned and quit the game.
