Me and my friend have been trying to get a Karin Sultan for the past two hours, we've looked where all the spawn points are and still can't find one. Maybe it has something to do with out levels 53/57 but we still cant find one. IF anyone finds Sultans on a regular basis and plays Gta5 Xbox online and would be willing to help us find one it would be greatly appreciated. If you do find one for us, we're willing to help you out with anything that you need done or possibly helping you make some money.

Try switching sessions then, I see hundreds of them everyday.

IT'S NOT MAXED IF ITS WORTH 88200 dollars.
Maxed MEANS, YOU HAVE ALL UPGRADES TO THE FULLEST/MAXED.
100% upgrade, fullest transmission etc, everything to the fullest.
