Sudden DL Problems

I use Jdownloader to download my iso's, have used it for almost a year.
So obviously I use file host.
Last 2 weeks I have had a huge drop in speed when I download.
Here's my speedtest, which hasn't changed.

And heres what Jdownloader says I am downloading at lately.

It fluctuates between 0-300 KB/s, which is rediculous.
Before(The past year), it would constantly stay on 2.5 Mb/s, which is what it should be.
Both filehosts are unlimited speed. OTE & Putlocker.
I download at night when no one is awake, even though even during the day it wasn't a problem.
I have reset my, laptop, router, modem.
Uninstalled Reinstalled JD.
I have unlimited internet.
What are my other options guys? This is killing me.

Phone your ISP, Your ISP is probably experiencing network issues, Phone them or wait for a bit, In case they are having temporary issues.
