Codes for the Call of Duty: Ghosts/Monster Energy Digital Care Package promotion can be found inside specially-marked 4-, 10-, and 12-can multi-packs of Monster Energy and Lo-Carb Monster Energy drinks sold in North America. In other regions, codes can be found underneath ring pulls of cans in specially-marked Monster Energy and Absolutely Zero Monster Energy 4-packs.

Yes this is true; I'm pretty sure you can only obtain the code if you buy a pack of the 4 monsters and have the code on the cardboard inside.
