I was playing with my friend i i was messing about and when i was towing a car i put a sticky bomb on it and froze my friend.

Step 1)Get a tow truck

step 2)Hook up a car

step 3)slap a sticky bomb on it

step 3)drive to someone and watch them freeze out

You do not need the 3rd step at all... just hook the tow truck to a car and it freezes anybody withing a 2-3 block radius.. But this is not recommended so if you are just going to freeze people go back to gta 4.

Lol this is pretty mean but good if you want to mess with someone but I doubt it works because I've towed cars next to people

You don't need the sticky bomb.. But please delete this post before some little kids read it and ruin the game even more. The fact that the tow truck even has the ability to freeze people has already ruined it enough.
