No sorry you would only get banned on gta online not on all of live same concept as getting banned for doing glitches in any call of duty

even though there is no direct proof that they banned you for the glitch, we all know the risks of freedom in a video game, and to be Honest i rather have 1 day with 20 million cash and all my favorite cars/and gun then 30 days of grinding for it.

The fact that I could loose all my stuff has made me play the game even more, in fact if there was no possible threat of being banned I doubt I would still be playing this game at all

If people are getting their actual Xbox Accounts banned for game exploits well, thats pretty stupid I guess. You should only be banned in game not Xbox Live. People in GTA IV had chipped Xboxes to have mods online and they have not been banned. Well for my friend. My friends still has his Xbox chipped and he modded GTA IV online and hasn't got banned for that.
