it will be harder to get hold of since black ops 2 they had the rule where they cant despatch them until the day before it comes out so unless you work for a game store or something i doubt you will get it before its release date

If you have a JTAG/R-JTAG/RGH/Flashed Console you can find a download on Pirate Bay (it'll be hard to find a legit one) and use a usb to transfer the game over to it.

Yeah if you have a flashed xbox, once the game is leaked ( Hopefully a week before release so very soon) you would be able to download and burn the game onto a disk then play it on your flashed xbox
