So Im a 56 and I had 32,000 in the bank go to story mode then come back and Im a rank 54 with 3,200 dollars what happened ??

Well since none of us work for Rockstar may I suggest you contact their support for the reasoning behind this.

It probably did not save or maybe you misread the total money that you had.

Seeing as they have fixed most of the glitches I think that contacting them is your best bet.
