Everytime I enter a game it disconnects, and as soon as I get back to the dashboard it connects. Sometimes my xbox also works very slow (internet wise) like it won't join parties , it says some xbox live content is temporarily unavailable and sometimes it gets soo laggy the only thing to do is turn it off and stare at it and do nothing. I searched up this problem and most of the websites said Clear system cache, re download profile, take out the hardrive and put it back in, I've done all of this but nothing works... This has been happening for a while and it's getting extremely annoying. The only thing I would have in mind right now that could maybe fix this problem is to completely reset my router in my house , but I'm not sure if that would work either. If you know how to fix this or have the same problem please let me know , thanks!

I had the same problem and rang Microsoft Twice and TBH the stuff they told me 2 do didn't work bit. it didn't work for about 1 month and ever 2 days i re downloaded my profile. one day i did it and it worked and it's been fine ever since. i'm sorry i don't have a clear way 2 fix it but this worked for me so i thought i would share.

P.S. mine had nothing 2 do with my internet router.

Someone can be booting you offline or Dosing you. Talk to your ISP about changing your IP address.

What Kalooma said sounds like the answer but I don't think that anyone is booting you. What kind of X-Box do you have?

I myself have had the problem where it says "Some XBL content isn't available.
