Hey all so Im designing a logo for my website Quixotik. Right now all I have is a full text logo, but I want something simplistic, yet appealing. For example the JackFrags logo strikes my fancy, as does Cryaotic, Optic Gaming, IGN, etc, which are all not too difficult in terms of creation/development.
I just need some insightful ideas to help me make a decision on what to start on. I had done these up in the past, one was a template I manipulated as some of you may recognize.
I did this one first. I liked it because it has figure, and pops out. Id actually be using this one but I lost the original PSD file, either on a friends computer, flash drive or its been deleted by accident, sadly enough.

This is a more recent attempt, and I may just make it basic black and white however that wouldnt be very unique.

And heres the last one. I honestly dont know if I like it, but its still a valid candidate

All nice logo, I would go for the first one you created but that's me, use the one you like best!

Thanks, I actually just reconstructed it from various wallpapers and graphics I found on an external hdd, so #1 is looking like its gonna be the one. Open for more constructive criticism guys!

number one does indeed look the best out of them all, but they all look good and they look they they took some time to do as well.

The first logo looks great! Looks like you know what you are doing. I feel like a more complicated logo better advertises your abilities and showcases your talents. Good Job!

The first pic looks amazing! It really does showcase more of your talent. Its not too busy yet it isn't simple either. Amazing job! Maybe a more Banner style logo?

And my biggest concern is being sure the logo is versatile enough to manipulate into a thumbnail, banner, sig, etc all the way up to hoodies, t-shirts, and even car decals. #2 are feeling left out haha
