yes you need one person to spectate. after the mission have that person vote replay. when you get back to the lobby menu have them back out and repeat the process.

There is ways... Don't know if its been leaked. Just keep a close eye on the GTA Forum. You may get into one of the lobbies...

basically, their is a way to replay the mission, but it takes 2-3 minutes each time, you'll need a lot of patience
