When you "lose" your character, it still exists. It's just either the server is down, or you can't connect to it. So you can't access your character from the server. If you do not create a new character, after your able to connect back the character should be back. But, if you create a new character in the slot your old character was at the character will be overwritten and lost forever. If you really wanna play, make a character in slot 2. That should allow you to play without overwriting your old character.

Well i made a new character cause mine was "gone" and if i get my character back i honestly dont care if i do or not cause im way past my lvl and etc.. but thats me
