What I mean my this is if I can use an account that has a variety of champions on it because I am trying to figure out who to get in league of legends.
I would love it if someone would let me use an account of theirs thanks guys!

I highly doubt anyone will give you their info. Just use the free champions every week and figure out who you like. Or YouTube the champion you are interested in.

Only someone you know will give you an account like this. Pretty sure no one here will give you one, but try seeing youtube vids for some champs you might like

Note: Before you read this make sure that you know that this is for the public beta servers and not to regular servers that we all play on.
You should sign up for a public beta account. Riot gives those accounts free IP and RP periodically to purchase things in the store. All the new champs they come out with are 1 IP/RP and same with their skins. I have every champ on my beta account and that's where I try out the new champs before I buy them to see if they're worth the purchase.
Here's the status of beta sign ups. Unfortunately the sign ups have been closed for like 9 months now but with the end of season 3 coming up I would expect them to open sign ups again soon.

Other than that I can't really give you anything else. People work on getting things on their account for years and it's not something they like giving to other people. Hopefully thing kind of helped
