okay, so I've fixed my earlier problems i was having and my new computer is now ready to install windows however i am greeted with another error

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the probelm:

1. Insert your windows istallation disc and restart your computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
3.Click "repair your computer"

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

File: \Boot\BCD

status: 0xc000014c

Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data.

Can anybody help me please?

If you don't have an install disk to use to repair Windows, you'll have to make one using a writable DVD or flash drive.

Download for the Windows 7 Premium disk image: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Digital River hosts the downloads for Microsoft and since these are not activated, they are 100% legal. They're great for trial usage or startup repair, which is what you'd use it for.

If you're using a flash drive, use WinToFlash to install the image to the drive: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

If you're using a DVD, use ImgBurn to correctly burn the disk image to the DVD: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

When you've created your bootable disk/drive, boot to it and run startup repair.
