That's because there are a high number of people trying to join the chat so the time goes up!

This is how to get your season pass code:

2. Say something on the line of my season pass does not give me my packs!
3. They give you a code
4. Make loads of accounts
5. Put one of each account
6. You will get loads of packs each week!

A: Just say you cannot provide this or move to a different chat.
