Just double checking to see if I'm right. Cross Game Chat basically means Party Chat right? You can be in parties w/ other PS users, like how Xbox is? Obv different style & layout & system, but you can be in parties right & talk w/ multiple people?

As far as I know yes. Should be just like Xbox's Party Chat.

I knew that there would be cross game chat but i didn't know how much people could join it.I only thougd one psuser could join the party.thanks for this post!

They have said that you will be able to cross system chat with people who are on the vita as well. Saying that you would have to assume it has to be similar to the vita's in order to work. For those who don't know about the Vita's it's basically the same as the Xbox party chat with up to 8 people.
