Every time I make a character for the online , then click save and continue it just freezes my whole xbox. It keeps on doing it all the time. Has anyone else's done the same ?

Okay, I am going to assume you don't read the 500 other posts about the same thing. The servers are overloaded. They have hundreds of thousands of people on. Give it some time. It will be better.
