So, I used to have the Microsoft Live Chat XL3000...
It was a great mic but decided to break on me today so im in need of a new one.

I use the mic for commentating over videos so I would want it to be nice and clear.
Needs to be under 30 as I dont have too much spare cash.

As I'm from the UK, dont link me to US products

your best bet is to go with a blue snowball or blue yeti pro. Blue yeti pro is one of the best microphones for its price. The snowball retails for about 60 dollars and the yeti pro is around 120 dollars on amazon

The MS LifeChat XL3000 is a headset, I'm pretty sure.

thanks man! the plantronics is very intreging so i think i may go with that one!
