I'm looking to make a Hackintosh series in the near future, and I was wondering when I'm discussing all of the parts (remember I'll be recording this irl) and building the computer and such. Remember I'll also do a lot of different angles as I am going really in depth with it. Should just go with a live commentary and use the built in camera microphone, or do a voiceover with my actual mic that I use for commentating and tutorials, or should I have a little bit of both and record the video plus my commentary microphone and edit that in?

I think if I just record me talking and then capture all the angles and go back and voiceover, it would have higher audio quality and such, and people could hear me more.
