OP, Not sure if you're trying to show off?? But I don't think anybody cares that you got GTA three days before release date. But if you did get it three days before release date well done, You can't play it on Xbox live or you might get con-ban.

He won't get console banned, because it is a LEGITIMATE copy, All he needs to do is abide by Rockstar's rules which are: DO NOT post gameplay videos or streams prior to official release. He can play while signed in all he likes as long as he abides by their rules. He has a Legitimate copy.

Yes, they got console banned because they were posting Gameplay content. If you abide by their rules they have not reason to ban you.
