I'd say Grand Theft Auto: 5. I think it'll be a better, funnier game. Plus, it has a huge replay value, which is always nice.

GTA has more game modes and different action types fifa will always be the same. Don't get me wrong i enjoy fifa as much as GTA that way im getting both but if you have one chose get GTA.

Lol. 4-5 years later people are still playing GTAIV. What about Fifa 09-12 ? It's not a long term game so that's why there's a new one every year and it's basically the same game over and over again.
