Ok so when you go online and do all of your stuff and when your time runs out your kv will be banned but, there are no automatic account bans so it kicks you offline before your kv is banned to help prevent your account from getting banned. and it depends on what xbox yo have each of them have different number of account bans i believe a falcon has 5 account bans.

I think he wants to say that your console is still unbanned. then you don't need a new kv. and when you purchase xblse and go online then you will get disconnected when your 24h are over. you wont get banned or something else. You will just get banned when you will get detected by M$ or a ambassador. and 4 account bans dont mean a console ban.
A kv simply unbans your console.
