I can't download my app cause when I try to it just says waiting and doesn't download anyone know how to fix it.I got phone service I'm signed into my apple account and everything someone help please.

Are you connected to Wifi? Usually you have to be connected to Wifi to download apps.

I would have to say that you should turn your phone off and then back on. and maybe try turning your mobile data off and then back on.

I agree with you, He should clear his system cache by powering his phone off and turn it on again.
And if it doesn't work, He should just try to download from a wifi hotspot
