I am looking for a desktop computer at a reasonable price no more than 1000 GBP $1500 ish USD. I am not after a gaming PC but it must be able to do the following things with ease.

1) Be able to use Elgato HD Capture device so minimum requirements 2.0Ghz Processor 4GB RAM
2) Be able to handle Sony Vegas Pro, FL Studio, Adobe Fireworks, Photoshop etc with ease.
3) Be able to browse the internet without any glitching as thats what my laptop does and annoys the hell out of me as it is time for me to upgrade.

Thats basically it, That should be relativley easy for you guys/girls.
Oh Btw I am looking for the cheapest route
I would prefare 2 Monitors HD of Course
I dont need a keyboard or mouse I already have them
I do need a liscense for Windows though and I know its not cheap so can you include this in your post.
I am becoming an animator aswell so the computer itselfs needs to be pretty powerful I don't really know what I am talking about when on the computer building subject so I am relying on you all to help me
