The title says it all, i downloaded the mash up pack an when i create a world with the mash-up pack its just the same as it was before except its mass effect themed, i cant find the base thingy

There is no base? Unless you download a world with a base on it then use the texture pack.

I believe the base itself is a downloaded world, not something that spawns in the world
