i need help i have every thing that youtube says u need to livestream on youtube but when i go to see if im able to it says i cant what else do i need to do im at 77 subs

1. Make sure you are a YouTube partner. (Monetize one video.)
If you are a partner, follow these steps.
1. Click on your name, and click "YouTube Settings".
2. Scroll down to "Additional Features", and click "View additional features".
3. Scroll down again, and you should see something named "Live Events". Make sure that is enabled. Then, click on "Learn More" to see what you need to livestream.
