Im on this part of what seems to be the easter egg but i dont know what to do next. I had all the staffs upgraded and something else appeared. How could i be able to get this 5th staff?

I just found this all out accidentally and i was kind of stuck on what to do but i ended up going down and not being able to finish. I also havent seen many videos on the FULL easter egg.
