so what are they going to do in shops instead of msp cards are they going to do currency cards? or still msps but when you put the cards on your account it converts to currency?

MSP Cards are still going to be redeemable and transferred into account currency.

they are most likely going to keep msp but name them different ive had the currency thing for a while on my xbox and when i redeemed msp i think it is was 5 pounds worth i got something like 4 pounds and 90 pence so they take like 10p or 10 cents or what ever your currency is of your Microsoft points.
