Someone told me that, if you got someones IP address from there xbox you could put it into horizon and download there minecraft maps. Is this true? If so how do you do it?

No. Not at all, lol. Someones IP and Xbox live content is completely different.

You would need there xbox hard drive for you to get there minecraft maps or at least there saved game which they can give you over a site which lets you upload stuff like media fire.

Unless they were saving their world to the cloud then no. And I am not even still sure about the cloud save thing. I mean if you were ballsy enough to hack the Microsoft servers you might be able to to get something from the cloud save.
