The 7770 will perform better than a standard 560.

The very least i would go for is a 560Ti Boost, It will play games at medium settings but maybe not at full 1080p.

I think you mean 650 + 650 Ti Boost.

But I agree, it shouldn't be in a 1000 dollar build. At all.
