[b]Alright guys, so this is something that happened around where I live..
Panty Thief

MARQUETTE -- The man accused of stealing women's clothing last year in Marquette County has pled guilty to one felony count of larceny. Charges were filed last year against 49-year-old William Joseph Miller after he was accused in ten separate incidents of taking women's underwear and bathing suits.
Most of the items were stolen from clothes lines and campsites in the Witch Lake area of Marquette County where Miller, a registered sex offender, lived. Miller recently entered a guilty plea in Marquette County Circuit Court to one count of larceny over $200 and less than $1,000, second or subsequent offense.
Because he is also charged as an habitual offender, third offense, Miller faces up to ten years in prison. He will be sentenced on September 6 at 8:30 a.m.
