how do u use psid patcher to unban my ps3 do i just open it and press something

Wrong section, and you need a unbanned console id which are very hard to get a hold of.

Create a consoleid.txt and put your console id on it and save.
It must be valid.
Its must be 64 bytes in size.
Put it on a usb and plug into the right slot of your ps3.
Run Psid on your Ps3 and Press L1 to change your console id then triangle to exit.
